Today I’m going to share 1 tip that will work if you want to lose weight. And I’m also going to share 1 sure way to ensure you won’t be successful in losing weight. Then the choice is yours what to do with the info!
Let’s start with 1 way to NOT be successful in your health journey.
Disclaimer: Put your shoes on because I’m going to step on a few toes. But I’m only sharing this because I’ve learned this the hard way. I want to see you do better girl!!
I know how frustrating it feels to want to kickstart your weight loss. And right now you want to drop 20 lbs! There are many companies that realize this is your hope. They want to bottle up your hope into a product and sell it to you. You see their product marketed so shiny that you cant resist it. It sounds too good to be true, but you spend your money just hoping this time will be different. You tell yourself “I can do this, all I need to do is takes this supplement and the fat will just melt off”.
But I’m tell you this with a spinkle of love- If you put your faith into a product to cure your obesity issue, take away your emotional eating, or help you learn which foods you need, you will absolutely fail.
There is a time and place for quality supplements like vitamins or protein powder. But these items should be an occasional supplement but not the miracle hope to drop 50 lbs.
Let’s move on to 1 simple tip that will absolutely help you lose weight if you follow it, and it’s a free tip too! Here is is….are you ready??
Don’t miss it because it’s short and sweet.
Eliminate added sugar (or reduce greatly) from your diet. That means elminainating drinks that contain calories, eating mostly whole foods (aka less processed foods) and checking the ingredient or food label. That doesn’t mean you have to eliminate apples because they contain sugar. Real food like apples contain nutrients and fiber to help meet your body’s needs.
Unlike a sugary soda that is basically all sugar without any nutrients. Eating foods that have a mother or come from the ground will give your body the building blocks to stay healthy and strong. You’re less likely to become obese when you consume mostly less proceed foods.
Can you remember a time that you overate on broccoli or on lean protein? Not likely. Your body signals you that your full with real food (unlike potato chips that leave you wanting more and more and more).
