Do you feel like you created a dumpster fire with crappy meals and no exercise?
Maybe the spark started over the weekend, or maybe the fire started many weekends ago and you can’t get back on track.
No matter how big that fire is or how stinky…you CAN get back on track when you’re ready.
Today I’ve talked with a client and few interested women that feel like they’re struggling to stop making “bad” choices. I reassured them it happens to everyone sometimes.
It’s time to put on your big girl pants and put that fire out!
Clean the slate. Forgive and forget the “mistakes” you made with food or skipping workouts. Carrying around that guilt will only weigh you down.
Remind yourself that you can “hard things”. Write down 2-3 challenging things you’ve successfully done. Maybe related to your health journey or any meaningful accomplishment.
Decide on 1 healthy choice you will focus on this week. Eat more veggies? Walk on your break? Go to bed earlier? Write it down and keep a record of each day you completed it. Then, celebrate the progress you made this week next Monday.
